WOOD DECK CARE :
A two step process of:
- cleaning
/ restoration
- sealing
/ preservation
For
years, the myth of allowing wood to "dry out"
for a year or more before applying a protective sealant
has been perpetuated. In truth, waiting a year, or even
a few months, may cause irreversible damage. All decks
need protection from water and weather damage. A continuous
cycle of getting wet, drying out, expansion, and contraction
causes the wood to "weather"; warp, split,
twist and crack.

TRI FLO utilizes a mild non-bleaching solution and technique
that is not damaging to the wood. Gray dead wood cells
as well as mold and mildew are removed from the surface,
returning the wood to its original rich, golden color.
Applying a sealant is the 2nd step. An EPA approved preservative
will continue to provide protection from the sun's U.V.
rays and eliminate warping, splitting, twisting and cracking.
