THE
FOUNDATION PACKAGE :
The objective of the Foundation Package is to thoroughly
clean the masonry foundation and steps. This may be
done at any time as soon as the mortar cures.

excess mortar (tags) from brick then applying the proper
solutions to clean brick to its pristine condition.
- Selecting

This service provides for a more professional and inviting
presentation to potential buyers / homeowners.

home. The Driveway Detail includes cleaning driveway,

The Garage
Detail is a detailed cleaning of the garage floor. A Garage
Detail in conjunction with a Dress Up package provides a complete
formal presentation of the home to potential buyers / homeowners.

BASEMENT
DETAIL :
A Basement
Detail is similar to a Garage Detail regarding the removal of
stains, debris, red mud and other compounds incurred during
the building process.
A Basement Detail would involve the recapturing and removal
of all water by wet vacuuming the area, when necessary.

DECK
PRESERVATION :
This can
be a service that the builder can offer to the new homeowner.
Building this EXTRA touch into the price of the home is one
more feature many top builders in the Triangle are now offering.
An EPA Approved preservative in the homeowner's / builder's
choice of finish is applied to preserve and protect the wood
from weathering.

DECK RESTORATION :
This is
typically done on inventory houses where the deck has been
on for approximately three months and remains unsold.
This Process will:
- Remove
Dead wood cells, nonvascular growth ( mold and mildew )
- Return
deck to original golden color.
